Mom & Amy +Sadie

Who is Sadie you ask? Its the new addition to our family! Sadie is an 8 wk. Pomeranian pup. It is actually Amys but I am enjoying the baby just as much if not more than Amy It so far has been the best puppy I have ever raised. It has never cried at night. We keep her in this big plastic water feeder in the kitchen. It looks like a bathtub but it was used on this farm for cows. Thank goodness we have a big kitchen here. Anyway this tiny 2lb puppy now thinks its going to grow up and be an 80lb German Shepherd! Pepper loves Sadie and vice versa. They are so cute together! Somehow Pepper has learned not to step on her as they romp together! It happens occasionally but less and less. It is really cute when they have a tug of war with a rag bone. Guess who wins?

Amy, Sadie and I will be leaving for Bluefield tomorrow morning. Pop and Pepper are going to stay home and hold down the fort, just in case a hurricane hits!:) We plan to get to Bluefield early afternoon. Paula is expecting us and has planned for Amy to sleep in the dorm . Paulas roommates name is Brandy and they are getting along great.We have not met her yet. Brandy is from Fredericksburg, VA. Bluefield is really a Virginia College. I believe there are only 3 students from out of state!
We plan to try out a church Sunday morning with them, go out to eat and then head on home.

It shouldn,t be too hard to take the puppy. We have a carrier case it can sleep in. She also is learning to walk on a leash. We have taken her in the car several times since we got her and she does not get car sick as some dogs do.
Paula wants to see her and of course Pop does not want to babysit. He and Pepper get along great, so that will be good. Whenever you see Pop working around the farm, Pepper is always just a few feet away.
