OK it did not work. I uploaded the picture but it never would show up so i will get Jacob to try later..sorry. Also a few things for prayer. 1) Jonah has a blocked tear duct and he goes in tomorrow at 6:30am to uva hospital to have it opened up. They will put him to sleep to do the procedure. 2) My brother Jacob had a heart transplant as an infant and is 15 now and is having many heart problems. He will need another transplant soon due to culinary muscles in his heart closing and shutting down. They are putting a pacemaker in next Wed to make sure he has it if his heart starts to fail. PLease keep Jonah and Jacob in your prayers. Thanks and love you all. Dawn

The problem is most likely that the picture is too large. Try shrinking it down in one of your picture programs to an actual size of about 3X5 and then upload it again. Also, you want to make sure the file is in JPG format. I will pray for Jonah and Jacob tonight.

HI! Jonah did just fine today. We arrived at the hospital at 6:45 and were released a little after 9. His eye already seems to be much clearer than before. Sara, your nephew sounds so much like Jacob. He to has quite the personality and is very creative. But he has really no friends because he has always had to stay out of activities and he is home schooled. That doesn't leave much opportunities for him to make friends. I would love for Jacob to get in contact with him, however Jacob keeps to himself very much and too seems depressed sometimes. He says he just wants to be normal and like other kids. But to me he his normal and very special:) I will mention your nephew to him though and see what he says. Thanks for your prayers! I am fixing lunch now but will try to make the picture smaller and get it posted in a little while. Dawn

Sara, Jacob does have email. He spends most of his time on the computer. Email me Stephen's and i can pass it on to Jacob. I can't guarantee he will write but he may. The doctors still have not told Jacob the full extent of what they will have to do. They have a appointment to do that within the next few days. They thought he might respond and listen more to them since they are the same doctors that did his first transplant 15 years ago. Hope you are having a great day! Dawn

Just wanted to let everyone know Jacob had the defibulator put in on Wed and the procedure went fine. He did however have a long morning because he had another heart attack in the elevator going up to have the procedure done. My mom was with him and was able to catch his fall and doctors were there FAST so he was fine. I would have to go into detail to explain this, but everything that happened that day was so Godly. We felt God's hands on us and Jacob the entire day. He showed himself to us in so many things that happened. It was amazing. Well, the doctors told Jacob while he was in there that he would need another transplant. Of course he was very emotional and upset but the doctor reassures him that he did nothing wrong. He did the best he could with a heart that wasn't his. My parents are going up to UVA next Friday to sign the consent to get him on the transplant list. I am hoping to go with them. The doctors feel this transplant is going to be a longer wait and harder. Please continue to pray. Thanks! Love, Dawn
